Shipping Policy


With the current emergency continuing we are doing our best to maintain business as usual while following CDC and Government guidelines and carrying out strict sanitation procedures. Deliveries will likely be made without the carrier obtaining a signature.


Please note the returns may take a 1-2 weeks longer than usual to process as our warehouse follows strict sanitation procedures. Any packages received as a return will be quarantined prior to opening. We will contact you via email as soon as your return or exchange is being processed. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.


Shipping for products will typically be delivered by USPS, or UPS and only to the continental US. The cost of delivery will be added to your total prior to checkout.

Shipping times may vary, however typical shipping is between 7-14 business days- unless extended shipping times are indicated in the product description. Shipping is calculated by weight, and where the product is shipping to. 

If we are unable to fulfill your order in whole or in part due to any cause beyond our control, we will contact you and either suspend or cancel your order without liability. We may deliver separately the goods that make up your order, should that be the case this will be at no additional charge to you. 

Transit Damage, Shortage or Cancellations

Please take care to inspect the package upon receipt, and notify us of any shortages or defects in the goods or of any other concerns within 7 business days from the day that the order was delivered. Failing to report damage within that time period will deem the package in good condition and good working order.

In the event of receipt of a faulty product, we will provide a full refund or exchange. We will reimburse the cost of delivery back to Guter Hund should we ask for the product to be returned. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly to ensure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

You may cancel an order up to 1 week from the day in which you place your order. Please contact us to let us know you would like to cancel and receive a refund or exchange via our online store contact us app. If you would like to return products to us, we may at our discretion be able to offer  you an exchange or online store credit. If we reasonably believe that the product is not able to be resold or that have been used, with the exception of faulty product or damage upon receipt. You should return the product within 14 days of contacting us at your own expense. Please ensure that the product is packaged properly for return and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged on return to us. We recommend  insuring any product returned to us. All products being returned must be complete with original receipt, in thier original packaging and in unused and be able to be resold.

In the case of cancelled orders, payment will be refunded within 30 days.
